At Sherlock & Pages, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if an item doesn't fit your story, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are removed or covered by the new shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
